研究领域与兴趣 


利用化学与生物学交叉学科的优势,采用化学生物学、结构生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、基因组学及有机合成等研究手段,对与核酸相关的最前沿与热点领域RNA表观遗传学方面展开研究,具体研究方向如下:

1.研究信使RNA的最主要修饰碱基N6-甲基腺嘌呤对信使RNA的基因表达、剪切、转译等调控功能;
2.研究RNA去甲基修饰蛋白酶的对RNA的调控功能和致病机理;
3.研究N6-甲基腺嘌呤在植物中的功能与机理;
4.利用化学二硫键交联技术对去甲基修饰蛋白酶与核酸复合物的结构解析和功能机理研究。
