● 研究内容:
我们致力于发展功能型无机,无机/有机杂化材料,并探索其在能源、催化等领域的应用。具体研究内容包括:
1) 低成本高效率太阳能电池(如钙钛矿)的材料设计,器件构筑;
2) 纳米结构与光电器件的耦合;
3) 基于半导体或太阳能电池的人工光能合成;
4) 新型功能材料(如半导体或者稀土)的合成、性质研究及其在光电领域的应用;
● 研究成果:
主要集中于稀土材料,半导体材料的多维度控制,包括纳米尺度(可控合成及生长机理、自组装),微米尺度(薄膜生长,缺陷钝化,界面调控)以及宏观尺度(器件构筑),及其在催化和能源领域的应用基础研究。在Science、 Nature. Commun.、 J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nano Lett.、Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等材料、化学、物理及综合类的国际国内有影响的学术期刊上,累计发表学术论文60余篇,包括Science 2 篇;Nature. Commun. 1 篇,J. Am. Chem. Soc. 4篇; Nano Lett. 3 篇;Adv. Mater. 5 篇,Adv. Energy Mater. 6 篇,ACS Nano 4篇, Energy Environ. Sci. 2篇等。截止2017年4月被引用8000余次,单篇最高他引>2000次,H-index为31,涵盖材料、化学、物理、纳米技术、能源、工程等多个学科。
在钙钛矿太阳能电池领域所开发的薄膜生长及器件构筑的突破,被多家媒体报道(如science news),多篇综述评论为该领域的关键发现,亦因此多次在国际重要学术会议上作邀请报告。
